Golf Club du Domaine Impérial
The Domaine Impérial had an auspicious launch in May 1988, with Seve Ballesteros teeing off with a long drive. Its superb location on the banks of Lake Geneva, midway between Lausanne and Geneva, soon gave it “must-play” status among Swiss golfers. The praise heaped on Pete Dye for the extremely high quality of his course and for a club-house full of reminders of its long occupation by the Bonapartes is indeed well merited.
