Founded in 1926, Golf & Country Club Basel moved to its current home on the Geissberg ridge in 1968. Set amid gently rolling countryside between Wentzwiller and Hagenthal-le-Bas, it is around a 15-minute drive from Basel. Its 18-hole course blends in seamlessly with the Alsatian landscape and was designed by the German golf course architect Bernhard von Limburger. Although situated in France, the G&CCB is affiliated to Swiss Golf.
